1. Agreement to Terms By accessing our website or engaging Sourcing Xpert for B2B data sourcing, CRM infrastructure setup, or automated outreach services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Scope of Services Sourcing Xpert acts as a Premium Infrastructure Partner. We build comprehensive outbound engines, which may include manual data enrichment, CRM architecture setup, and campaign management. We do not sell piecemeal tasks; our services are provided on a retainer basis tailored to the volume and complexity of your requirements.
3. The Sourcing Xpert Guarantee (Inputs vs. Outputs) We guarantee world-class inputs, not arbitrary outputs. We guarantee the accuracy of our targeting, the meticulous scrubbing of our data, and the technical setup of your outreach infrastructure. We do not guarantee a specific number of booked appointments, sales, or a specific Return on Investment (ROI). Your conversion rate depends entirely on the strength of your market offer and your ability to close the leads we generate.
4. Client Responsibilities
Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that the copy, messaging, and offers you send using our infrastructure comply with the laws of your target jurisdiction (including CAN-SPAM and GDPR).
Response: You are responsible for managing the inbound replies and attending the strategy calls generated by our systems.
5. Payment and Retainers Our services are structured as monthly retainers. All infrastructure build-outs, domain warm-ups, and data mapping commence only after the initial retainer invoice has been cleared. Because we invest heavily in manual human capital to scrub and verify your lists, all payments are non-refundable once the data sourcing process has begun.
6. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sourcing Xpert and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruptions, arising from the use of our services or data.
7. Intellectual Property The custom workflows, CRM architectures, and proprietary outreach scripts developed by Sourcing Xpert remain our intellectual property. Clients are granted a license to use these systems strictly for their own internal business operations for the duration of our partnership.
8. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK. Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled within this jurisdiction.
