THE INVENTION OF A UNIQUE KIND OF BOTTLE DROPPER

Yes! a bottle dropper that can remain undamaged while absorbing Sulphuric Acid.

Sulphuric Acid damages rubber. My Client has got a laboratory in United States. He stores sulphuric acid in small glass bottles of 5 to 10 ml, made of glass with a dropper made of rubber.

Due to the usage of sulphuric acid as per the specific drops requirements. He has to use a dropper made of rubber. But whenever he uses rubber dropper which sucks sulphuric acid from the bottle, the dropper gets damaged and becomes dangerous for the fingers and body.

My client asked me to help him, source the kind of rubber to be used for dropper that must not damage while contacting with Sulphuric acid.I searched all over China & Pakistan. But couldn’t get any kind of dropper that could remain unaffected by Sulphuric Acid.I even searched on the internet but couldn’t get results. Asked questions in the Social Media groups and on Quora. But couldn’t get a useful answer.

Posted on Facebook for the solution more than twice. Fortunately got a reply from one person from Vietnam. He said,he has got a factory of hose pipes and this kind of stuff. And according to him, sulphuric acid may not cause damage to a rubber known as Viton which is being used to manufacture car hose pipes. But he said, he has to do experiments on it which will cost a lot of money.Maybe thousands of dollars for it.When I asked him to send a sample of Viton rubber to us for checking. He asked so much money for it. So I decided not to work with him.

But having the above point in mind,I approached the suppliers in China, Pakistan,Bangladesh & India. But didn’t get any positive reply.

Finally,I approached so many sourcing agents in the Freelance Marketplaces.Interviewed so many people. And selected one of them from India who showed interest in taking up this task as he had some connections with the people dealing with Viton rubber rings.I asked him to arrange Viton rubber and test it with Sulphuric acid to see the results. He did the same and found Viton rubber is not damaging in sulphuric acid.

Now by the grace of God,we have developed a dropper with Viton Rubber which has solved my customer’s problem. When I informed my customer about it.He got very happy and left the attached reviews for me at the freelance marketplace where he contacted me.Since then became like partners in the business.

The purpose of mentioning all the above is just to assure there is a solution for every problem.

Solving problems is a job of an entrepreneur.Just master this skill and you will see an abundance of opportunities everywhere. Thanks
