Refund Policy:

At Sourcing Xpert, we are committed to providing high-quality services and ensuring customer satisfaction. We understand that there may be situations where a client may need to request a refund, and we have outlined our return fund policy below.
1. Refund Eligibility
Our refund policy applies only to our supply chain, web development, digital media marketing, and lead generation services. Eligibility for a refund is determined based on the following criteria:
• The services provided did not meet the client’s expectations, as defined in the service agreement.
• The services were not delivered within the agreed-upon timeline, as defined in the service agreement.
• The client has not violated the terms of the service agreement.
2. Refund Procedure
If a client wishes to request a refund, they must first contact our customer service team via email or phone to discuss their concerns. We will make every effort to resolve the issue to the client’s satisfaction.
If a refund is determined to be appropriate, we will process it within 30 days of the request. The refund amount will be calculated based on the percentage of the work completed up to the point of the request, minus any expenses already incurred.
3. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their services at any time by providing written notice to our customer service team. Depending on the nature of the services and the timing of the cancellation, the client may be eligible for a partial refund, which will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
4. Non-Refundable Fees
Some fees associated with our services may be non-refundable. These may include, but are not limited to, administrative fees, domain registration fees, and third-party fees.
5. Amendments to Policy
Sourcing Xpert reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time without notice. Any such amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
